The hotel's location was perfect for downtown activities and the Sprint Center events. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and could easily accommodate a full crew. The service was top-notch, akin to an Ambassador's staff. Dining was delicious and hearty, starting early in the morning. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, offering a great value for money.

Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, like a small apartment, immaculately clean, and in near-perfect condition. The service is top-notch, comparable to a Four Seasons, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Downtown KC, close to popular areas. The dining is good with excellent service. Overall, a great value for a luxurious stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless with a beautiful bathroom and a spacious bedroom, but they were on the dark side due to limited natural light. The location was convenient being between River Market and Union Station, but the bright street light outside made it hard to block out all light. The dining experience was good with hearty breakfast options included in our rate, but there were some issues with the very bright external light causing inconvenience. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service, but some room for improvement in certain aspects.

The service was outstanding and professional, with friendly staff always ready to help and even share tips on the city. The location in the heart of Downtown KC next to the Power and Light District was perfect for enjoying all the downtown activities. The dining experience by the hotel staff was also quite enjoyable.
